COVID-19 GUIDELINES FOR SERVICES
The following guidelines will be adhered to beginning on October 25, 2020, and for the foreseeable future.
While navigating worship in the age of Covid-19, we would do well to heed Philippians 2:14 — Do all things without grumbling or disputing. As regulations are lifted, guidelines will be reviewed and modified.
Finally, if you do not feel comfortable returning at this time, the Elders understand entirely. Be assured, the sermons and devotionals will still be available online!
- Anyone who has been sick within the previous seventy-two hours should stay home and listen to the sermon online.
- Entrance and exit will only be through the front door of the new building.
- Social distancing is encouraged.
- There will be no hand-shaking or hugging.
- Service will be held in the Lower Auditorium.
- The first-floor bathrooms will be open to one person at a time use. The bathrooms will be sanitized between each use.
- Hand sanitizer dispensers are available. One is located next to the fire extinguisher by the elevator door and the other, inside the Lower Auditorium door.
- There will be assigned seating for everyone, by family, in the Lower Auditorium. There will be a six-foot distance placed between each group of chairs.
- Offerings can still be given online or through the mail. An offering box will be located at the door for those wishing to give in person.
- Please help keep the hall clear by not congregating in the hallway or foyer.
- The church will only be open, at this time, for Sunday Morning Worship services. There will be NO Sunday School, Afternoon Services.
- After the service, the Lower Auditorium, first floor bathrooms, hall, and foyer will be sanitized with Purerox, an EPA-approved cleaner used in US hospitals and doctors’ offices. Purerox contains no harmful fumes or harsh chemicals and leaves no toxic residue after application.
